Goodwin Procter LLP and Mcdermott, Will & Emery LLP.  Prior to joining Scipher, Sam was Associate General Counsel, Vice President Legal Affairs at EQRx, Inc, where he led all legal matters, including private and public financings, multiple global license and collaborations, and payer partnerships.
