Forbes featured an article about how Scipher is using its understanding of disease biology and applying its platform to the way doctors treat patients to improve their outcomes and potentially save billions of dollars wasted on drugs that don’t work adequately.
Pharmaceutical drugs are currently developed for the average patient, so they help for some patients, but not all of them. By only giving the therapies to the patients who are more likely to respond, we could save patients from further disease progression, money wasted on ineffective treatments, and unnecessary exposure to side effects.
