Scipher Medicine develops innovative diagnostic tests to determine drug response and targeted therapies using its proprietary personalized medicine platform based on molecular technology. The Role: The Vice President of Marketing will lead our initial product launch of PrismRA in rheumatology. Reporting to the CEO, this role will lead the planning, development, and execution of the US launch strategy.

Where: Waltham, MA.

What will I do?
-Vision and Strategy: Provide overarching leadership and direction for PrismRA strategies, tactics, and resource requirements
-Collaboration: Ensure “all in” partnership and collaboration with key stakeholders in sales, operations, customer service, and medical
-Performance Leadership: Set tone and priorities for scale and accountability. Influence and persuade across multiple external and internal constituents (stakeholders and partners)
-Leadership: Lead and develop direct, indirect, and cross-business team. Elevate team’s marketing skills and knowledge
-Demonstrate high proficiency and competency across marketing framework: Insights, segmentation, positioning, value proposition, business model innovation, creative development, investment optimization

Minimum Education and Qualifications:
-Strongly preferred to have experience in immunology, rheumatology, or experience with the biologic and selective medicines used to treat RA
-Will consider applicants with either diagnostic or pharmaceutical commercial experience
-Candidate will benefit from demonstrated competency with market access, patient services, and back-office billing and benefits
-Bachelor’s Degree required
-Expected travel 20-30%
